Can AnyPromo create artwork for me?
YES, We Can. AnyPromo inspects all artwork submitted to make certain that it meets the specific requirements for applying your design to the products you selected. If minor modifications are required, we will make these free of charge with your permission.
For significant modifications that exceed 1 hour, we provide art services at $60.00 per hour.
At AnyPromo, we have a full service graphic design center. We have top artists/designers who work on the latest equipment and newest applications. By working closely with you and by carefully listening to your needs and goals, we are able to create an appropriate image to represent you, your company or organization.
What if I only have a straight line of text? Font? FREE?
YES. Our professional designers will be able to typeset for you. We use Adobe FontFolio and Linotype OpenType font libraries. Any fonts in these font libraries may be used.
If all we did was straight line text, it is FREE of CHARGE. And we offer up to 2 revisions.
Here are some font samples.
Can we specify a particular color to be used?
AnyPromo will accept files with PMS (PantoneĀ® Matching System) colors in EPS files. If you are sending a non-EPS file because these files cannot include PMS information, please let your promotional advisor know about the PMS number.
Here is the full PMS Color Chart. ![]()
What file format should I send?
Spot Color Printing
When you received your art from your graphic designer, please do not open or change the original format of the art files. Doing so may render the files useless. Always forward the original file directly to AnyPromo.
Art must be created in Illustrator, Freehand or Corel Draw. Save art as an .eps or .ai file with type/text converted to outlines or curves. EPS files from other graphic programs may also work. Original file must be vector only with no placed images.
Four-Color Process Printing (CMYK)
Quark Xpress and Photoshop files may only be used for 4-color process printing. All support files including graphics, placed images and Macintosh fonts must be provided.
Spot Color Printing vs Four-Color Process Printing (CMYK)
Spot Color refers to a method of specifying and printing colors in which each color is printed with its own ink. In contrast, process color printing uses four inks (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) to produce all other colors. Spot color printing is effective when the printed matter contains only one to three different colors, but it becomes prohibitively expensive for more colors.
What if I only have logo in JPG or GIF?
You can always email us the file and we can check it out. In most cases, we can fix the artwork for free. But for significant modifications that exceed 1 hour, we provide art services at $60.00 per hour.
How will my logo fit on the products I ordered?
Artwork will be sized as large as possible or at our designer’s discretion for visual appeal unless otherwise specified.
