The Secrets to America’s Happiest Companies

   With the release of their individual employee surveys, Careerbliss (internet jobsite) and Glassdoor (employee ratings site), not only rank the best US companies to work for but they give us a closer look at the ways workplaces can provide their employees with fulfilling roles and happier workdays.

Pfizer topped the list of the happiest companies– according to Careerbliss– for the second year in a row, followed by Kaiser Permanente and Texas Instruments.  The key factors contributing to these rankings include:

  • Work/Life Balance
  • Company Culture
  • Compensation
  • Growth Opportunities

Glassdoor, issued the following titles to Bain & Company (“Best Large Company to Work For”), Motley Fool (“Best Medium Sized”), and Twitter (“Best Tech Company”).

After scrounging through survey responses, Glassdoor reveals the Top 6 themes dominating these Companies and their cultures:

  • Challenging Work

  • Confidence in Senior Leaders
